2011 (Day 21) | Miles 173 – 205

I’ll say this, yesterday’s ride put me very near on track for my 2011 goal but I’m still a little behind. It was also my second consecutive day up Beatty (remind me I thought that was impressive in the spring when Sam decides it’s time to do repeats). It’s a little odd to feel this fit in January, but the weather here has cooperated and I’ve been logging what, for this recreational rider, is pretty solid mileage.

If you click this link to the ride data you might notice the ride title – I stole it from Sam, so it’s not really bragging (especially since most days Sam owns me). Anyway, I’m not sure if it was the 3 mm I moved my saddle up or the air slowly leaking out of my front wheel, but I was feeling pretty good and I’m almost ready to start talking openly about my 2011 mileage goal.
